هيئة النّفاذ إلى المعلومة هي هيئة عمومية مستقلّة تتمتّع بالشخصيّة المعنوية والاستقلالية المالية أحدثت بموجب القانون الأساسي عدد22 لسنة 2016 المؤرّخ في 24 مارس 2016 المتعلّق بالحق في النّفاذ الى المعلومة وتمّ انتخاب أعضاء مجلسها من قبل مجلس نواب الشعب في 18 جويلية 2017

The Access to Information Authority The National Authority for Access to Information is an independent public body with legal personality and financial autonomy created by virtue of the Organic Law No. 2016-22 dated 24 March 2016 on the Right of Access to Information and its members were elected by the Assembly of the Representatives of the People on July 18, 2017.
